Lessons are designed around your personal or professional goals, emphasizing practical communication, real-world vocabulary, and conversational fluency that you can immediately apply in business or daily life. For learners seeking official certification, I also provide targeted test preparation for exams such as HSK, AP Chinese, MTLE, and the Foreign Service Proficiency Test. My structured yet flexible approach ensures measurable progress, increased confidence, and a deeper understanding of Chinese language and culture.

Translation & Cultural Consulting

Beyond teaching, I offer language training, translation, and cultural consulting services for international businesses and creative professionals. My past collaborations include providing Chinese language training and translation for the Minnesota Timberwolves in producing promotional videos for Chinese audiences (2016–2017), cultural consulting and translation for VStar Entertainment’s “Paw Patrol Live” tours in China (2018–2019), and linguistic and cultural support for the China-based Droplet Studio during the international launch of the video game Song of the Prairie (2022).
